After unloading please move your vehicle off Merrick Avenue as soon as possible so that we can minimize congestion. After parking your vehicle you may return to begin setting up your space on Merrick Avenue as soon as the avenue is officially closed by the police. Vendors arriving after am may not be allowed onto Merrick Avenue.

Please legally your vehicle off Merrick Avenue and wheel or carry your items to either of the two checkpoints shown above. For public safety, vendors arriving after am may be prohibited from driving onto Merrick Avenue. Late arrivals will get a space but may have to carry or wheel their items from their vehicles.

On Saturday and Sunday at about 5pm vendors will be asked to start breaking down their space. At 6pm vendors may finish making any sales but may not start a new sale. Vendor set up must be totally removed from Merrick Avenue by pm each night. Vendor set ups may be placed on the sidewalk behind the space and vendors may park their vehicles in a legal space at their booth.

There is room for vendors to set up a 10'x10' tent in their space and at least 3 six foot tables in a U-shape. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own fixtures, tables, tent.
