How old is roxanne montana

There is something so heart-warming about two people coming together a second time or third or whatever the case may be and making sure that whatever might have spooked them or kept them apart earlier in their age, doesn't happen again! And you throw in kids and I am done for!

LOL I really loved every minute of this story. It was short, sweet and to the point. The small-town setting, friendships and second characters provide a really emotionally satisfying story. Other than telling you it was well written and even tho it was short in page numbers, it did not feel short, there's not much else to tell unless I tell you the details and for THAT you gotta read the book!! Samara and Logan get a second chance at love and this time nothing will keep them apart.

Finding Home was a heartwarming read, loved seeing Logan connect with Samara's little girl Jade. Logan was an amazing guy and the perfect man for Samara and Jade : Thank you Netgalley and Tule Publishing, Montana Born Books for the advance copy in exchange for my honest thoughts. Apr 11, Marjorie M. Lotz added it. Her Montana Hero What a wonderful book! Creative, interesting storyline that keeps you wanting to read on paragraph after paragraph! Thank you!! Nice small town romance I enjoyed Samara and Logan's story. It was great how Logan cared for Sam and her daughter Jade. The ending came rather fast but it was good to see them together, looking forward to their future. I have enjoyed Roxanne previous stories, but I had a hard time connecting with this story.

Don't get me wrong, Finding Home is a nice sweet read that deals with some serious issues. Basically, Samara Davis finds herself as a widow and decided that she wanted to move back Marietta, Montana, because when she was younger that was the one place that she felt that she could feel at home. When she gets there things aren't going as plan, and she struggles. She has a lot on her plate with being a new widow and dealing with her child; the last person she expect to see was Logan Stafford.

Now Logan couldn't forget Samara, even if tried. However, they were together one and the next she was gone. Now she has return to Marietta, and maybe this is a second chance for them to be together. I really liked Logan. In Finding Home he was a decent guy and willing to bend over backward for Samara.

Now Samara, I had a huge issue with her. I think a lot has to do with the fact she was extremely emotionally closed off that she wouldn't let anyone in.

Now certain residents aren't going to let Samara get away with that. Logan being one of them, and Eliza and Aunt Mabel being the others. She realized what she was doing, but didn't know if she wanted to fix. I love that Aunt Mabel stepped in and pretty much put her in her place. I did like Aunt Mabel even though she's a bit brash.

Overall, Finding Home is a well written story with characters with strong emotional issues. A lot of story focuses on Samara and her taking back her life after the death of her husband and learning to trust the people in Marietta. Logan is fantastic and how he handles Samara and her daughter.

Not a bad read, and it wasn't until the end when I finally liked Samara. However, others have enjoyed this story and this is just my personal feeling. Copy provided by author. Roxanne Snopek wrote one of my favourite series' so when given the chance to read Finding Home I grabbed it with both hands. And she doesn't disappoint as she has brought us a sweet, touching romance, that whilst fairly short, is filled with feeling.

It's a gift. But she does and it's immediately evident that the attraction is still there and it's mutual, but 14 years have passed and her daughter now must come first. Logan was a sweetheart; kind, protective and patient, he found his way into my heart straight away. Sam, took some warming to. I liked her, but I also found her a little difficult as she doesn't trust people with her daughter and she can be short and offhand when they are trying to help.

But rest assured by the end of the book I'd completely warmed to her; she hasn't had an easy time of things but she and Logan were perfect together with realistic, natural chemistry which burned bright. As is Roxanne's MO, a cast of secondary characters bring snark, humour and support and animals and children bring the cute, heartfelt moments.

Whilst I perhaps would have liked a little more detail of Sam's backstory with her husband, it was a thoroughly enjoyable read and I could have happily read a full length novel.

If a family feel, small town romance is what you want, then Finding Home is exactly that. It's worth mentioning that this is part of the Homecoming series although it can easily be read as a standalone.

That said, I intend to read the rest of the series. Copy generously received from the publisher for an honest and unbiased opinion. A great story of first love, heart break, and a reunion that proves the love never died. He was the golden boy, she was from the wrong side of the tracks but the attraction was immediate and strong until one day she was gone. Many years later Samara is back in Marietta and when she and Logan come face to face the spark is still there.

The last thing she needs though is a new relationship, or so she thinks. This story is wonderfully written and these characters are warm and funny and people you ju A great story of first love, heart break, and a reunion that proves the love never died.

This story is wonderfully written and these characters are warm and funny and people you just want to see have their HEA. And of course what would a Roxanne Snopek story be without a wonderful canine character. Bob definitely does not disappoint. Excellent read that I highly recommend. Again, this book had a lot of potential, but seemed pulled in a million different directions.

We're never really given a full background on Samara and Logan's past, or even what the situation is with Gramble house. To be honest, it seemed kind of slapped together. Finding Home was a sweet, pretty clean read. This is a novella, so it didn't take long to read it.

I liked the characters, and I usually like stories about high school sweethearts reuniting; however, I felt like something was missing in this story. I didn't feel as though there was any build-up to Sam and Logan's relationship. It just didn't feel that deep to me. Samara with daughter, Jade returns to Marietta because it was the closest thing that she had to to everything, Logan took for granted.

Instead of a soft peaceful landing she got a house that wasn't ready and a man that she also was not ready for. Loved this book, well written characters and it was great to be back in Marietta. I really enjoyed the character Bob, ok so he was a dog but Roxanne always includes them.

A great addition to the Montana Born Homecoming series. Highly recommend. Samara and Logan were High School sweethearts. I love the coming home and reuniting first loves aspect to this story. It is a good story and has sweet characters, but some aspects were far reaching. Overall nice read.

This is a wonderful story of second chances. Samara,a widow, comes back to Marietta, Montana, with her four year old daughter. Marietta was the place Samara lived for one very happy year in an otherwise unhappy childhood.

Logan Stafford, her teenage love, is still there Logan at first seemed a little immature, but that changed about halfway through. I so enjoy stories of re-found love and in that, this did not disappoint. Loving the Marietta setting minus the cowboys! Note to self Oct 04, Bill Hair rated it really liked it.

Finding Home also features in the Montana Homecoming anthology, a fabulous book I won a few years ago.

The moment I read the first line of Finding Home I knew this would be an irresistible, romantic read. And with a hero like Logan, gorgeous, sweet and loveable, I would have been quite happy for the book to continue…well…forever. The focus is als 4. Finding Home will charm your socks off. Mar 31, Birty rated it liked it. Sweet Romance but Sweet second Chance Romance but nothing special. Samara returns to the only p,ace she felt happy as a child and runs into her high school sweetheart, Logan.

She also has a child, Jade, with special needs who she is raising by herself. Samara is a mixture of strong, weak, crazy, concerned parent and reluctant lover. Logan wants to make everything good for both Samara and her daughter. It was just too predictable to be more than an average read. Part of a series. Closed bedroom Sweet Romance but Closed bedroom door romance. Apr 01, Barbara rated it liked it. Okay I like the town, Logan and his special projects helping at-risk teens, and the sweet dog.

Sam seems to be an extremely over-protective mother to the point of being rude and hurtful to others who are only trying to help. A story of second chances, finding home, making new friends, and finding true love. Nov 14, Barbara "Cookie" Serfaty Williams rated it it was amazing. Samara is a young widower and her daughter, Jade, come back to Marietta, Montana, were she hope to give Jade a better live.
